The Role:


With a key focus and customer service and satisfaction, this position is responsible for the safe and efficient leadership of our workshop and reports

directly to the Operations Manager. This role requires someone who is hands on and leads by example and will carry overall responsibility for the

financial performance, quality and ensure all workshop activities are safely carried out on time to an unquestionable level of quality.

You will ensure that the activities of the workshop are coordinated so that all work is completed within budget and within their agreed timeframe

while ensuring that the quality of all work carried out conforms to the clients specifications and to the Company’s quality standard.


About you:


Have a proven track record in supplying quality, customer focused support to the mining sector along with extensive experience in workshop and

commercial management.

With your wealth of experience in leadership you will be required to always demonstrate a positive and can-do attitude while coaching and mentoring

workshop personnel and promote a positive work culture.


Candidates with a proven record of rebuilding and maintaining of mobile screening and crushing equipment will he highly recommended to apply

along with a strong technical knowledge is screens, feeders, cone, jaw and gyratory crushers.

You will also require a trade or engineering qualification in either Mechanical, Fabrication or electrical and a sound knowledge and practical experience

of mechanical, hydraulics and electrics trouble shooting.
